CID Group offer same-day & next-day own-van deliveries for all catalogue stocked products, ensuring you get your goods when you need them!

1. Place your order for catalogue products.

2. Confirm your delivery service of choice (see below).

3. Your order will be loaded onto a CID van and delivered to you the very same day!* Or...

4. Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered the next day!

5. All other UK mainland covered on next-day guaranteed service have full tracking and traceability on our own delivery fleet.**

*North & Midlands orders only. Nationwide orders will be delivered on our own van the following day.

We are happy to offer all our customers a ‘No Quibble’ guarantee. This allows you to return anything you have bought from CID for either a full refund or an exchange with a valid proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a 'No Quibble' return, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them or impose an appropriate re-stocking fee.

Non-returnable items:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Non-catalogue and bespoke items.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or credit card, as per the original method of purchase, within 14 days.


If you are purchasing products for business purposes, it is our normal practice to replace any product which, on delivery to you, is damaged or is not in a usable condition. No handling charge will be made in these circumstances. In some cases, we may require you to return the product to us for examination so we can return it to the manufacturer for inspection. All that we ask is that the product is thoroughly cleaned and adequately packed before sending it to us.
