What do I do if my items arrive damaged/faulty?

Speak to our customer service team as soon as possible on 0113 201 1340. Items that are faulty need to be returned within 14 days.

The sooner you speak to us, the quicker we can sort out the problem and get you a replacement/refund or credit to your account and get you going.

Our usual service is that we will send out a replacement for next day delivery in the meantime arrange for collection of the faulty item so that you are not held up on a job.

What do I do if I only receive part of my order?

Speak to our customer service team as soon as possible on 0113 201 1340. This will usual happen if we are awaiting stock to create your order, but is very unlikely.

In most cases if an order has been placed and the items ordered are not currently in stock we will call you within 12 hours and explain the situation, we will then give you the decision on whether you want a part order for the items we do have in stock and another when the stock becomes available to complete your order or the order only once it can be sent as one. Either way you will not incur additional delivery charges.

What do I do if the items delivered are different to the items ordered?

Speak to our customer service team as soon as possible on 0113 201 1340. This is very unlikely as we take great care in the complete process of a customer’s order no matter what, but if this does happen we will arrange for your correct order to be sent out as soon as possible, additionally arrange collection of the incorrect items at a later date.

Do I need to sign for the goods?

Yes, to verify that the goods have been received and by who, what time and where we track all of our deliveries to insure you get the best service.

How can I track my delivery?

All our orders are tracked online, but if you need further assistance you can email sales@cidgroup.co.uk or call 0113 201 1340 and ask for an update on your delivery to which we will be more than happy to do for you.
